MSF30818 Certificate III in Flooring Technology
Your Apprentice will complete 12 Core units to improve their on-site abilities, including:
- Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction industry (CPCCWHS1001)
- Communicate in the Workplace (MSMSUP102)
- Work in a Team (MSMSUP106)
- Assess flooring installation sites (MSFFL3054)
- Select, prepare, and apply moisture barriers to concrete subfloors (MSFFL2032)
- Prepare subfloors with cementitious coating applications ((MSFFL2034)
- Receive and prepare floor covering materials (MSFFL2030)
- Plan and cost flooring technology work (MSFFL3052)
- Establish and maintain a safe flooring technology work environment (MSFFL3053)
- Make measurements and calculations (MSFGN2001)
- Read and interpret work documents (MSFGN3001)
- Handle dangerous goods/hazardous substances (TLID2003)
Once the core units are completed apprentices will complete 12 stream specific units based on the what the business discipline/s is. This could be Carpet, Timber, Vinyl or Combined.
